We carry out work for The National Trust as well as large private local estates, maintaining and servicing the heating systems of Manor houses as well as smaller estate properties.
Many Letting Agencies and private landlords request servicing and maintenance work. Whether they have one rental property or a large portfolio. We offer a personal and professional service by liaising directly with tenants to book their appointments each year whilst keeping the Landlords informed and updated of all work and its progress.
We carry out annual Gas Appliance Safety Inspections for tenanted properties. When we service the gas appliances we do not charge any extra for the Gas Appliance Safety certificate.
When we visit you we will be in a Pegrum van wearing Pegrum branded clothing. Please do ask for our identification cards.
